Hello, I'm glad you're doing well. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, even when I get a few "The Shade liked that" or what have you the bar on his page doesn't move. Does he just have a larger one than other characters?
It's an oversight :') But I'll be fixing it in just a moment. Something to keep in mind also is that The Shade's affinity caps at 200 points, unlike the other Love Interests (who cap at 100). For this reason, you'll only start to see progress on his bar once you've accumulated at least 20 points with him.
I'm well! And I'm sorry for such a long delay :( I don't have a lot of free time to devote so much of it to a free project like this, and I've been bogged down with other work recently. But I've made a few pretty changes to the game that'll be coming with the next chapter update, which I hope to have done sometime next week(?) Thanks for sticking around in the meantime <3

ngl tho, i haven't played DBD at all because horror is just a huge NO for me bUT i did watch several gameplays before! yes, just the gameplays so i basically know nothing about the lore. ofc i know there's the journal, but still i wanna research ykno akwnkskaks that aside, i'm so so soooo in love with this already! and the UI, it's so cool aoooo i'm really in love with it okay?
anyways, i'm looking forward to the future chapters~

I have a question though, could we know what characters will be romanceable? Or is that still a secret?

it's probably not great that i've never played dbd, but the entire concept of this game is so cool! i love everything abt this so far, n the monsterfucker in me rlly, rlly wants to romance the shade. i'm excited to see more :)!
